In Los Angeles, some labor rights advocates spent Christmas outside the home of the owner of a Los Angeles homecare agency, asking him not to be a Grinch.  They're asking him to pay $25,000 in back-wages to two former employees as part of a campaign to raise work conditions for the city's 20,000 Filipino homecare workers.
