Social services
Just wondering from down here in El Salvador which social services had become scarce? Because, honestly, they were all scarce or nonexistent to begin with. Other than that, this is a report that needs to be heard, thank you. We have great hope that the new government will take these issues much more seriously than previous governments, too bad they were left with the national coffers milked dry.
