On today's FSRN, we bring you a special half-hour program: Climate Change: rising tides, rising voices. Ahead of the next round of climate talks in Doha, Qatar, we look at some of the key events from the last year -- how the world’s climate is changing, the impact on global communities and how local residents are taking action and pushing for solutions. FSRN's Dorian Merina has more.

Reyna Lopez Calderon, 52, stands in front of her house in Wilmington, California. She lives in a neighborhood with a high concentration of oil refineries, the 110 and 710 freeways, and the busiest seaport in the nation.
