Video: U.S. Supreme Court to hear same-sex marriage case next week
Next week the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments regarding same-sex marriage. At The Williams Institute’s 14th Annual Update on sexual orientation and gender identity law and policy at UCLA, the only arguments were pro. Attending scholars agreed that same-sex union laws can be confusing. Currently, 37 states and the District of Columbia recognize gay marriage, while 13 state ban such unions.
